9. PRIVATE NATURE OF EXPENSE AND INCOME INFORMATION

Expense, income, mileage, and related financial tracking information entered into your ChicagoDrivers.com account is intended to remain private and is not publicly displayed through the Services. Chicago Drivers Inc. uses this information to provide and operate the expense-tracking functionality and related Services. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, required by law, or necessary to provide the Services through authorized service providers, Chicago Drivers Inc. does not intend to make your individual expense, income, or financial tracking records available to advertisers, marketplace users, or the general public.

For example, ChicagoDrivers.com does not intend to publicly display information such as:

“[User Name] earned $75,000 and spent $18,000 on vehicle expenses.” Individual expense and income records are not intended to be used as public marketplace information.

Certain Services may require payment. Chicago Drivers Inc. intends to use Stripe as its payment processor for applicable transactions.

Information intentionally included in a public marketplace listing may be visible to other users and members of the public.

14. SEPARATE MARKETPLACE AGREEMENT

Use of the ChicagoDrivers.com vehicle marketplace is also subject to a separate ChicagoDrivers.com Marketplace Agreement / Marketplace Terms.

The Marketplace Agreement governs matters including:

  • buyer responsibilities
  • listing requirements
  • prohibited listings
  • vehicle representations
  • transaction responsibilities
  • fees
  • disputes
  • fraud
  • verification
  • removal of listings
  • marketplace disclaimers
  • limitations of liability
  • other marketplace-related matters

The Privacy Policy governs how personal information is collected and processed. The Marketplace Agreement governs the use of the marketplace.

15. PUBLIC MARKETPLACE INFORMATION

When you voluntarily publish information through a marketplace listing, that information may be publicly accessible.

17. MAINTENANCE EMAILS AND ADVERTISEMENTS

ChicagoDrivers.com may send automated maintenance reminder emails to users who use the maintenance tracking feature. These communications may contain advertisements or sponsored offers. Where appropriate, advertisements may be visually separated from the maintenance information so that users can distinguish service-related information from advertising.

Chicago Drivers Inc. does not intend to provide individual users’ private expense, income, or tax-tracking records to direct advertisers for advertising purposes. For example, Chicago Drivers Inc. does not intend to sell an advertiser a list identifying individual users together with their personal income and expense information.
